Position Overview

As an Operations Manager at Masterock, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing teams, improving processes, and ensuring that our operations align with organizational goals and client expectations. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Operations Teams: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of supervisors and staff to achieve performance goals and maintain high levels of employee engagement.
  • Optimize Processes: Analyze current operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure Service Excellence: Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Manage Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with other departments, including HR, IT, and Sales, to align operational strategies with business objectives and support cross-functional projects.
  • Handle Client Relationships: Serve as a point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns, managing expectations, and ensuring overall satisfaction with service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a BPO or service-oriented industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
