Job summary
We are seeking a well-presented and customer-focused Guest Relations Officer to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong etiquette, and a professional demeanor while ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for all visitors and clients.
Key requirements
- Pleasant and professional appearance with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both English and Sinhala (written and spoken)
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role will be considered an advantage
- Hospitality industry experience will be highly preferred
- Strong etiquette and customer service orientation
- Preference will be given to candidates below 30 years of age
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling efficiently
- Provide general administrative support and assist with office coordination
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times
- Handle guest inquiries and direct them appropriately to relevant departments
- Ensure a positive and professional front-office experience
