Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Minimum educational requirement.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Customer-Focused Attitude: Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Previous Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
