Admin Assistant – Female

Employment Type: Full Time

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in an administrative role (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Educational background in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Proficiency in computer applications and standard office tools (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala
  • Willingness to work on a roster basis
  • Age below 35 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Coordinate and manage accommodation arrangements for staff and visitors
  • Handle inquiries related to accommodation and facility matters
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
  • Ensure smooth and efficient office operations at all times
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Assist with scheduling, meetings, and event coordination as required
