Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to staff by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted daily IT operations
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and related equipment
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT support activities, system configurations, and IT assets
- Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and security measures
