Key Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in an administrative role (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Educational background in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field
- Proficiency in computer applications and standard office tools (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Fluency in English and Sinhala
- Willingness to work on a roster basis
- Age below 35 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Coordinate and manage accommodation arrangements for staff and visitors
- Handle inquiries related to accommodation and facility matters
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Ensure smooth and efficient office operations at all times
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Assist with scheduling, meetings, and event coordination as required
